Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Certain products offered by EZ Scrubbs may be available through special purchase options, including subscriptions, pre-orders, or other recurring purchase arrangements. This policy explains how these purchases work and how they may be changed or canceled.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription from EZ Scrubbs, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency and subscription option selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment provider and automatically charged for each recurring order according to your selected subscription schedule unless you cancel your subscription before the applicable renewal or order is processed.

Subscription pricing, frequency, and other applicable terms will be displayed when you select the subscription option.

Canceling or Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next subscription order has been processed.

You can manage your subscription using the subscription management link provided in your order or subscription confirmation emails. Depending on the options available, you may be able to:

• Cancel your subscription

• Change your delivery frequency

• Update your payment information

• Update your shipping information

• Manage upcoming subscription orders

Canceling your subscription prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. Eligible products may still qualify for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the frequency you selected.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us or our payment provider to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring orders until you cancel your subscription.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next applicable order or renewal is processed if you do not wish to receive additional deliveries.

PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, EZ Scrubbs may offer products for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.

When placing a pre-order, you may be charged the full purchase price, a partial deposit, or no immediate payment depending on the terms displayed at checkout.

If only a partial payment or authorization is collected, you authorize us to charge the remaining balance using your selected payment method according to the terms disclosed when you place the pre-order.

Canceling a Pre-Order

You may request cancellation of an eligible pre-order before it has been fulfilled.

If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled and your cancellation is successfully processed, any eligible amount already charged will be refunded to your original payment method.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. After receiving the product, you may request a return if the product qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

If EZ Scrubbs offers a "Try Before You Buy" purchase option, the specific trial period, payment terms, and return requirements will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

When using this option, your payment method may be authorized before the product is shipped.

You will have the stated trial period to decide whether to keep the product. If you do not return the eligible product according to the terms of the offer before the trial period expires, your payment method may automatically be charged for the applicable purchase price.

Any "Try Before You Buy" offer is subject to the specific conditions displayed at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

For eligible purchases, orders may be canceled for a refund before the order has been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.

Because orders may enter fulfillment quickly, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that we will be able to stop an order before it is processed.

Please contact support@ezscrubbs.com as soon as possible if you need assistance canceling an order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Canceling a subscription prevents future subscription orders but does not necessarily provide a refund for an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
