Payment must be successfully authorized and processed before an order can be completed.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before the order has been fulfilled.

If your cancellation request is received and successfully processed before fulfillment, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. Eligible products may instead be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Because fulfillment can occur quickly, contacting us does not guarantee that we will be able to stop an order before fulfillment.

All purchases and returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Purchases made through our website are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

Ez Scrubbs currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, transportation interruptions, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after receiving the item, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Sale and discounted products may be returned provided they otherwise satisfy our return eligibility requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by Ez Scrubbs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@ezscrubbs.com. After reviewing and verifying the issue, we may provide a replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Our Return & Refund Policy contains additional terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, damaged items, and cancellations and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
